Karin Harrop has been in commercial real estate management for 26 years with over 30 years in the industry, and holds both a CSM and CPM designation. Karin is currently overseeing a portfolio of retail and office sites in northern California and seeking management projects in the greater Sacramento area. Karin's hands on, proactive management style and excellent interpersonal skills are recognized assets to both clients and tenants. Karin was previously a senior real estate manager with CB Richard Ellis, Inc. where she was responsible for a diverse regional portfolio, including retail, office and industrial. While with CB Richard Ellis, Karin was awarded the “Real Estate Manager of the Year” award for several years and managed over 1,200,000 square feet of commercial property. Karin drives performance and stabilization to maximize the value of managed assets and is appreciated for her quality of service, responsiveness, and work ethic.
Karin was raised and educated in Paris, France and speaks three languages. In addition to a career in real estate management, Karin served on a school board in Northern California and served two terms on the City Council in Playa Potrero, Costa Rica, working on infrastructure and city planning projects.
